METHODOLOGY

The objectives of the Agile4.0 Cluster will be achieved through a work plan, which includes 4 stages and is complemented by horizontal knowledge dissemination and coordination actions.

Identification of requirements
The first stage includes the phase of the study literature and the existing systems for the clear identification of the requirements of the proposed system and the detailed design of the algorithmic architecture. Furthermore, all the partners’ requirements are translated into a set of functional requirements for the creation of the industrial scenarios.

Design Process
The second stage of the project is the detailed design process, where the coordinators of the specific work modules will focus their efforts on the creation of the individual architectures for each of the subsystems of the single service platform.

Implementation
In the third phase of the project the detailed architectural plans of the subsystems will be developed into functional hardware and software components for the reference platform.

Integration
The fourth – and last – stage of the project is the Integration Stage, in which all the subsystems that have already been developed will be integrated and interconnected. Their interoperability and coordinated communication will be tested in business scenarios, while any needed additional adjustments will be made.

The project Agile4.0-Cluster is implemented under the initiative «COOPERATIVE INNOVATION FORMATIONS» and is co-financed by the European Union and national resources through the OP. Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship & Innovation (EPANEK).

The project started in August 2020 and is expected to be completed in August 2022.
