Predictive Maintenance System
Overview
ATLANTIS solution is used to detect anomalies and predict machine failures based on the approach of an event-based prediction mechanism.
Fusion is a service, which combines the output of multiple prediction models into a single one based on a given weighting strategy.
A complete solution to efficiently and effectively detect and predict prominent machinery failures in order to avoid or to handle as early as possible fault events. Through a variety of AI techniques and algorithms, reliable detection & prediction results are provided in order to monitor the equipment and its structural health as well as predict future failures. The platform sends alerts to the engineers of appropriate departments and can directly communicate with ERP, MES, etc. systems in order to facilitate the maintenance process.

Το έργο Agile4.0-Cluster υλοποιείται στο πλαίσιο της Δράσης ΣΥΝΕΡΓΑΤΙΚΟΙ ΣΧΗΜΑΤΙΣΜΟΙ ΚΑΙΝΟΤΟΜΙΑΣ/ ΣΣΚ και συγχρηματοδοτείται από την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση και εθνικούς πόρους μέσω του Ε.Π. Ανταγωνιστικότητα, Επιχειρηματικότητα & Καινοτομία (ΕΠΑνΕΚ).
Το έργο ξεκίνησε τον Αύγουστο του 2020 και αναμένεται να ολοκληρωθεί τον Αύγουστο του 2022.
